Founding Leadership
Andy and Lynn have spent 15 years awakening the local church in the USA and South Africa to the needs of those living in the darkest places of the world.

They have designed the Journey to Fullness, an experience-based program that provides simple, reproducible healing tools to a Jesus community, that has proved effective across different cultures and is now available in 6 languages.
​
Having served the unreached people of Central Asia, the poorest of the poor in South Africa and New Americans in the USA, they have gained valuable experience in how to build cross-cultural bridges, especially among Muslims.
​
Their collective experience has provided them with connections with Jesus followers in the darkest places of the world, insight into the needs of these communities and resources to enable these Jesus followers to bring holistic transformation.

Mary Beth Sanford
Mary Beth is a lifelong Christian — having been raised in the Catholic Church and recommitting her life to Jesus in her early 40s — and passionate about her faith. In addition to serving as an elder at Heritage Christian Church, she uses her gifts as a Managing Director over Ohio operations in her role at Sedgwick.
Chris Johnston
Chris has spent his 35 year career in the financial services industry serving as an Investments Wholesaler and as a Financial Advisor. Chris feels a special calling to help spread the word of the Lord among different cultures and has been an active supporter of missions with Africa for Christ and The Kite Learning Center.
Scott Grotelueschen
Scott is a Wealth Management Advisor with Lifetime Financial Growth, bringing over 30 years of experience helping individuals, families, businesses, and nonprofits implement holistic financial strategies. Based in Columbus, Ohio, Scott is passionate about his work reflecting his commitment to faith, family, and global impact.
Dennis Stranges
Dennis is the Founder of Insight Coaching & Consulting, an Executive Coaching practice birthed out of Dennis’ first career as a Private Practice Psychotherapist. Dennis and his wife, Evie share a deep passion for advancing the Gospel and directing the Light of Jesus’ Love, Truth and Healing into places of greatest need.
